Job Description
ACV is a technology company that has revolutionized how dealers buy and sell cars online. We are looking for a Credit Contract Analyst I to manage credit-related contractual agreements and relationships within the ACV Capital organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or related field
  • 1-2 years’ contracting-related role within the finance or legal industry
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in contract management software and tools
  • Knowledge of the floorplan finance industry is a plus
