Role OverviewA Credit Products Officer specializes in either Corporate and Industrial (C&I) or Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loan requests, responsible for preparing complete and accurate credit analyses in a timely manner. They are accountable for protecting the Bank by providing an unbiased and objective view of the prospective borrower and thoroughly disclosing all identified risks.
What You Will Do
Pre-screening, underwriting, approval, and post-approval activities, including determining risk ratings, preparing spreads, performing borrower and guarantor financial analysis, reviewing and analyzing 3rd party reports, identifying and mitigating risks, and delivering approval packages.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have 7-9 years of credit experience, good accounting skills, and a Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field. Candidates residing in locations within BankUnited's footprint may be given preference.
