Job Description
The Credit Review - Review Appraiser Manager is responsible for reviewing appraisals/evaluations, managing the department, and interacting with others in a professional manner. The position requires 10+ years of relevant work experience, MAI designation, and state appraiser certification.

Requirements

  • Utilize the Mercury Network for ordering and tracking commercial real estate appraisals/evaluations.
  • Reviewing appraisals/evaluations, up to and including the most complex assignments, to ensure compliance with USPAP and FIRREA, as well as reasonableness of concluded value(s).
  • Interact with others (associates, management, clients, and vendors) in a professional and tactful manner including treating them with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.
  • Responsible for day-to-day management of the Department.
  • Ability to provide on-going training in all aspects of the department.
  • Ability to think independently to address issues relating to an appraisal/evaluation, and make sound recommendations to superiors as they relate to risk.
  • Maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures related to the position, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.
