Job Description
The Credit Review - Review Appraiser Manager is responsible for utilizing the Mercury Network for ordering and tracking commercial real estate appraisals/evaluations, reviewing appraisals/evaluations to ensure compliance with USPAP and FIRREA, and managing the department.
Requirements
10+ years of relevant work experience
MAI designated Appraiser
Certified General License
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
State appraiser certification
License in good standing (no disciplinary actions) in at least one of the bank’s primary market areas (Colorado, Kansas and/or Missouri)
3+ years of previous management experience
