Role OverviewAs a Credit Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing, negotiating, and collecting on open account receivables, maintaining positive relationships with customers, and meeting established goals and objectives of the Credit Playbook/Credit Management team.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include meeting established metrics, collecting past due balances, preparing credit recommendations, negotiating payment arrangements, communicating with the Credit Management Team, and resolving customer billing issues and disputes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of related finance experience (collection experience preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Ability to complete complex account reconciliations with a customer-focused approach
- Web-Based Workflow Solution software experience preferred
- Valid Driver's license is required
