Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Support Specialist to support loan application processing and improve the overall borrower experience. This role focuses on following up with applicants, gathering required information, and ensuring files are complete and ready for review.

Requirements

  • Conduct outbound calls to applicants to obtain missing or additional information for loan applications
  • Follow up on denied or incomplete applications to verify details and identify potential opportunities for reconsideration
  • Communicate next steps and requirements clearly and professionally
  • Accurately document all interactions and updates within internal systems
  • Partner with underwriting and credit teams to ensure application completeness
  • Handle sensitive financial information with a high level of confidentiality
  • Manage a high volume of calls and follow-ups while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail
