What You Will Do
Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, cash checks, and transfers. Assist and educate members on the use of online accounts, mobile banking and other remote channels. Assist members with ITM/ATM transactions and questions. Build positive member relationships by identifying member needs and recommending products/services.

Requirements
- One month to one year experience. Previous credit union or financial experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Passionate about exceptional member service and relationship building.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with banking systems, digital tools, and Microsoft office products
