Role OverviewWe are recruiting for a Creole Translator & Trainer to support training, communication, and production success within our poultry processing environment. In this role, you’ll serve as a key bridge between leadership and associates by translating instructions, training materials, and on-the-job guidance in Creole. You’ll help new and existing team members learn safe work practices, understand quality standards, and succeed in a variety of production assignments throughout the plant.
What You Will Do
Work at various stations along the production line processing poultry food products, adhere to all safety requirements, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and participate in Company and department safety programs.

Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of consecutive work history with one employer within the past 3 years in a comparable field
- High School or equivalent is beneficial but not required
- Experience in a poultry processing/manufacturing environment
