Job Description
We are seeking a Crew Accommodations Assistant Operations Manager to support the Operations Manager in overseeing and managing the Crew Accommodations Teams. The role involves leading, guiding, and managing shift resources, providing clear direction to team members, and monitoring tools and systems access.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in account management, training, customer service, or sales support
  • Flexibility to travel up to 25%
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external clients at all levels
  • Advanced Excel skills for operational data analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with travel, hotel, and call center operations
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and adapt to changing environments
