Role OverviewAs a Crew Lead - Concrete, you will be responsible for assigning and training crew members, conducting daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle and equipment inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety rules and regulations. You will also be responsible for loading and unloading equipment, performing job tasks, and assuming responsibility for the crew if the Foreman is not available.

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL with a good driving record

- One year of experience working on an asphalt and/or concrete crew
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate and report effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and aptitude in math
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work weekends and occasional nights
- Ability to travel to various worksites
- Ability to work long hours and in all weather conditions
