Job Description
Crew Leader will operate medium-duty trucks and trailers, commercial mowers, and landscaping equipment, snowplows, salters, and large construction equipment. The crew leader will be responsible for training and overseeing 2-4 additional crew members and performing landscaping maintenance, lawn care, pruning, mulching, cleanups, planting, snow removal, and salting for a scheduled route.

Requirements

  • Valid US Driver's License and clean driving record
  • Must be semi-fluent in English (Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish is preferred)
  • Must have a current D.O.T. Medical Card (or must obtain before working at Acacia)
  • At least 2 full years of commercial landscaping and snow services are required
  • Basic mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
  • Ability to pass employment and random drug tests
  • Ability to follow GPS directions and read maps
  • Use a smartphone to log in and out of the mobile work order applications to record work and upload photos
  • Ability to lift 80 lbs.
  • Always wear company-issued uniforms and PPE while working
  • Smoking is not permitted while working
