Role OverviewThe Crew Liaison will supervise, support, and inspire ATLAS Hope participants in transitional employment, adhering to a trauma-informed and restorative justice lens. They will act as team leaders and positive role models, supporting participants in learning new soft skills and practicing the teachings of the Cognitive Behavioral Intervention curriculum.
What You Will Do
The Crew Liaison will facilitate, supervise, and support transitional workers in work experience, maintain open communication with the Crew Manager, and ensure safety protocols are followed. They will also provide coaching and guidance on positive work behaviors, transport workers to and from job sites, and represent the program to community members and employers.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience supporting transitional employment
- New York State Driver's License
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Experience working with the community in the South Bronx, a plus
- Experience and/or desire to work with a culturally diverse population
