Role OverviewAs a member of the Crew Scheduling Team, you will be responsible for monitoring flight attendant's monthly activity records and legalities. You will ensure a complete crew complement on every AA flight while meeting the requirements of the various contractual working agreements and Company service requirements.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include scheduling, rescheduling, and reassigning flight crews to trips allocated to a particular base. You will also need to manually complete duties in the event of computer outages and be able to work with all levels of management and union groups.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalency
- Crew Schedule experience
- Knowledge in Operations
- SABRE/DECS experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
