Job Description
Job Title: Crewperson 3 - Roofing. Responsible for inspecting and maintaining the roofs of all buildings owned by USD 259. Includes locating and patching leaks, repairing roofs, and roof replacements. Requires working in high places and on steep pitched roofs, lifting 100 lbs occasionally, and working in non-air conditioned environments with high and low temperatures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid Kansas Driver's License
  • Ability to work in high places and on steep pitched roofs
  • Lifting 100 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to bend, twist, balance, stoop, climb steps and ladders, reach overhead
