Role OverviewThis position is in Cyber Crime Technology & Telecommunications, independently researching, reviewing, analyzing and evaluating pertinent data in computer and other technology crime investigations, and providing management with resources and recommendations based on the analysis of the data.
What You Will Do
Researching and recommending hardware and software assets, researching current and anticipated future technology advances, attending law enforcement association/unit meetings, providing training and guidance, consulting with management, and acting as a point of contact between FDLE and third parties.

Requirements
- Four years of experience in criminal intelligence, military intelligence, national or homeland security intelligence, crime analysis, or in a law enforcement agency.
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university can substitute for four years of experience.
- A master's degree in criminology, law enforcement intelligence analysis, national or homeland security intelligence, crime analysis or comparable discipline; or a professional certificate in one of these disciplines can substitute for one year of experience.
- Completion of a 720-hour program of study from a vocational/technical school or accredited community college in law enforcement can substitute for one year of the required experience.
