Job Description
Pawnee Mental Health is a mission-driven non-profit Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) serving 10 counties across North-Central Kansas. As a Crisis Case Manager, you'll provide timely, face-to-face support for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis, de-escalate, stabilize, and connect them with services that can prevent hospitalization, arrest, or emergency room visits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in gerontology, nursing, health, social work, counseling, human development, or family studies, or related area as approved by KDADS SCA/OAA Program Manager, and at least one year experience in the aging and/or disability field
  • A Registered Professional Nurse licensed to practice in the State of Kansas with at least one year experience in the aging and/or disability field
  • Strong oral and written communication skills using the English language
  • Basic personal computer skills which enable the entry, retrieval and use of electronic data
  • A valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance maintained in accordance with Pawnee policy and procedure
