Role OverviewCrisis Clinicians provide judgment-free assessments and interventions to individuals experiencing an acute behavioral health crisis via televideo screenings and over the phone crisis support. They work in collaboration with the individual served, family members, and other treatment team members to help support the individual in their treatment and recovery.
What You Will Do
Conduct crisis assessments, provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and supportive counseling, and coordinate referrals to appropriate services in the community. Provide person-centered services with a rehabilitation and recovery focus, and remain prepared to quickly respond to calls at all times during scheduled shift.

They will also have prior computer experience and basic computer fluency, as well as the ability to learn and use new technologies.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or marriage and family therapy
- Licensed or eligible for licensure by the Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board
- Two (2) years of experience providing client-related services
- One (1) year providing crisis intervention services
- One (1) year of experience working in CMHCs is preferred
