Role OverviewJoin our Third Shift Crisis Contact Center Specialists team to be the voice of hope when someone needs it most. You'll answer calls, texts, and chats from individuals in emotional or mental health crises, providing compassionate support and connecting them to life-saving resources.
What You Will Do
Answer calls, texts, and chats, provide compassionate support, connect callers to resources, document interactions, and work as part of a supportive team.

Requirements
- Calm under pressure

- Ability to work third shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Ability to work holidays or during inclement weather as required
Benefits
- $24.00-$26.60/hour
- $4.00/hour shift differential for qualifying hours worked
