Role OverviewAs a Crisis Intervention Specialist, you will provide critical resources and support to empower, uplift and help individuals in crisis. You will work on a rotating schedule of twenty-four(24) hours, seven days per week coverage, responding to emergency calls and providing emergency screening and assessments.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include providing emergency professional mental health services, consulting with medical and mental health professionals, and completing documentation in an Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for someone with a Master’s degree in a mental health or substance abuse-related field, and two (2) years experience in a professional capacity involving the delivery of clinical service. You should have considerable skill in working with children, treating social, emotional and addiction problems, and expressing ideas clearly and concisely.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a mental health or substance abuse-related field
- Oklahoma State Licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LADC - MH
- Two (2) years experience in a professional capacity involving the delivery of clinical service
- Valid driver’s license and personal automobile insurance
