Crisis Mental Health Technician I

The Crisis Mental Health Technician I will provide direct support and supervision to clients in a crisis stabilization unit, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and supporting clients with activities of daily living. The role involves de-escalating behavioral crises, monitoring vital signs, and documenting client status. The technician will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and uphold confidentiality and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong oral and written communication skills using the English language
• Basic personal computer skills
• Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance
