Job Description
The Crisis Program Supervisor manages and supervises program staff, providing direct support and overseeing services and documentation. The role involves training and onboarding new staff, ensuring program coverage, and participating in management team meetings.
Requirements
Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related subject area
Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of experience providing direct services to clients may be considered in lieu of a master’s degree
TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies’ insurance policy
Benefits
Starting at $81,057 - $95,057 per year, actual salary dependent on creditable experience above the minimum qualifications
$2000 sign-on bonus for new Seneca employees
