Job Description
The Crisis Program Supervisor manages and supervises program staff, providing direct support and overseeing services and documentation. The role involves training and onboarding new staff, ensuring program coverage, and participating in management team meetings.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related subject area
  • Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of experience providing direct services to clients may be considered in lieu of a master’s degree
  • TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies’ insurance policy
