Role OverviewThe Crisis Response Provider - Rely will provide crisis assessments, interventions, and case management services to individuals and families. They will work with internal and community partners to provide services via video conference, phone, and in-person at Rely. The Rely Center is a safe place for help, including a Psychiatric Urgent Care and an adult 23-hour stabilization unit.
What You Will Do
Respond to crisis intervention requests, triage phone calls, provide crisis counseling, and coordinate referrals to Aspire treatment services and external resources.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, human services, public health or related field
- One (1) year of equivalent experience
- Knowledge of community resources, referral processes, and risk assessments
- Basic knowledge of the Recovery Model
- Ability to be flexible and work assigned shift for 24/7 coverage
- Must be able to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation to attend trainings and/or meetings off-site
