Role OverviewThe Crisis Services Lead RBT works under the direct supervision of a Crisis Services Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and is responsible for implementing intensive behavioral treatment interventions and providing day-to-day behavioral support for individuals served by the crisis services program.
What You Will Do
Provides individualized behavioral treatment to individuals who have complex behavioral support needs, oversees and provides documentation for individuals served, and provides support and coaching to Crisis Services Specialists.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- At least two years of related behavior technician experience, including at least 1 year experience providing direct support to individuals requiring a high level of behavioral support
- At least one year of previous leadership or consulting experience working with individuals with disabilities or individuals with high-level behavioral support needs (preferred)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work with a variety of computer systems
