Role OverviewAs a Crisis Therapist on our multidisciplinary, fast-paced mobile crisis team, you will play a critical frontline role in providing immediate, high-quality crisis support to youth and families in the community. You will work independently and alongside other Master’s-level therapists to conduct mobile assessments, deliver crisis interventions, and ensure thoughtful follow-up and linkage to ongoing services.
What You Will Do
Provides assessment and treatment interventions consistent with the program model. Conducts clinical and risk assessments. Collaborates with individuals to create individualized, person-centered treatment plans.

Requirements
- Master’s Degree or higher in related field
- LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A required
- LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Licensed Psychologist preferred
- Valid Driver’s License for programs where transportation is required
