Role OverviewAs a Critical Facilities Engineer, you will work on a team responsible for facility planning, design, installation and upgrading of all Critical Facilities Infrastructure Systems for the Verisign Critical Facility network.
What You Will Do
Provide logistical and engineering support for data center services, track and analyze space, power and cooling requirements for data center applications, and perform maintenance and upkeep of Critical Facility Data Center Space, Power & Environmental Infrastructure Systems & Data Center Management.

Requirements
- AS degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Telecommunications), Technical School, or equivalent job-related experience
- 5+ years in the telecom or related industry experience, with emphasis on facility engineering maintenance, power and mechanical systems engineering & operations
- Ability to effectively communicate and interface with internal and external personnel
- Solid understanding of various power and mechanical HVAC systems, 480 v 3 phase utility power, crucial diesel engine generator systems, critical UPS systems and - 48 volt dc power plant systems and chiller plants
