What You Will Do
Act as principal liaison between the Ohio Department of Public Safety (ODPS) Division of Homeland Security & various federal, county, city &/or municipal infrastructure protection agencies or personnel performing critical infrastructure protection duties.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must acquire and maintain Protected Critical Infrastructure Information (PCII) and Chemical-terrorism Vulnerability Information (CVI) certification. Must acquire FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate within 6 months of employment and renew it every 24 months.
Requirements
- Completion of undergraduate core program or 24 mos. exp. in assigned program area
- 9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. exp. in operational, mathematical, analytical or statistical research methods used in conducting & documenting research studies
- 1 course or 3 mos. exp. in public relations
- 1 course or 3 mos. exp. in budgeting
- 1 course or 3 mos. exp. in technical writing or business communication
