Job Description
Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Critical Power Systems Specialist to work on-site at a data center in Phoenix, AZ. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing detailed, specialized maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational tasks within their area of expertise, ensuring uninterrupted data center operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years (10+ years preferred) of direct hands-on experience specializing in maintenance and repair within mission-critical environments
  • Extensive knowledge of maintenance practices and operational standards relevant to your specialization (Low Voltage, Medium Voltage, UPS, Generators, HVAC)
  • Proven ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and operational manuals
  • Strong technical writing capabilities, with experience creating and updating method of procedures (MOPs), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and emergency operating procedures (EOPs)
  • Completion of formal specialized training (e.g., UPS systems, generator maintenance, chiller systems)
  • Current professional licensure or certification relevant to your technical specialization
