Job Description
The Critical Support Technician role acts in a “floater” capacity, supporting multiple labs and locations as assigned by the Account Director(s). The position is designed to provide critical support across multiple client locations as directed by current business need.

Requirements

  • Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma.
  • Six months prior work experience in a related work environment, illustrating good attendance, professional behavior, reliability.
  • Ability to follow orders given orally and in writing.
  • Ability to complete tasks and paperwork with basic supervision.
  • Computer skills (i.e., excel, word, outlook)
  • May require an ACTIVE driver’s license and personal vehicle.
