The Critical Time Intervention (CTI) Case Manager provides comprehensive case management for individuals with dual diagnoses of mental health conditions and developmental disabilities. Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field
Experience in case management in a mental health, social services, or housing program
