Role OverviewLead delivery for a waste-industry CRM implementation as a CRM Project Manager, responsible for end-to-end project execution, including managing plans, timelines, risks, and resources. This role is fully remote with travel to the client site on the West Coast every 4-6 months.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, manage the agile backlog, facilitate sprint planning, and continuously monitor project health. Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, deliver clear status updates, and translate technical concepts into business impact.
