Role OverviewThe CRNA will work in a supportive and collaborative environment, utilizing advanced technology to provide exceptional patient care. The role involves working with a physician to develop a comprehensive anesthetic care plan, administering anesthetics and adjunctive medications, and monitoring patient conditions. The CRNA will also be responsible for preoperative reassessment, anesthetic management, and post-anesthesia care.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include establishing preoperative rapport with patients, developing anesthetic care plans, assessing patient conditions, and implementing anesthetic techniques. The CRNA will also transport patients to the recovery area, conduct assessments, and provide summary reports to recovery room personnel.

Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Graduate from an accredited school of anesthesia
- National CRNA certification and/or re-certification
- Michigan license to practice as a registered nurse
- Michigan Specialty Certification in Anesthesia
- Current member of American Association of Nurse Anesthetists
- Masters degree in anesthesia or other related area, preferred
