Crossing Guard Supervisor

As a Crossing Guard Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a professional demeanor, aiding customers, employees, visitors, and guests, and monitoring the environment for suspicious and unsafe activity. You will be part of a team that supports Harvard Protection Services in providing best-in-class security and life safety services. The role involves working in a facility or building, enforcing policies and procedures, and performing required patrols. The Crossing Guard Supervisor will also be responsible for preparing reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities, as directed.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Crossing Guard Supervisor include maintaining a visible presence in the facility or building assigned, monitoring the environment, and detecting suspicious and unsafe activity. You will also be responsible for greeting customers, visitors, staff, tenants, and guests in a professional manner, answering phones, and permitting authorized persons to enter property. Additionally, you will perform required patrols of designated areas on foot or in a vehicle and observe departing personnel to protect against the theft of company property.

• State or municipality mandated security officer licenses
