The Cruise Director is responsible for managing the Entertainment Department, impacting guest satisfaction, and promoting revenue areas on a cruise ship.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five to seven years previous shipboard management or supervisory experience
  • One year experience in budget planning and accounting procedures
  • Intermediate verbal and writing skills in at least one other language
  • Advanced level English verbal and writing skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in typing and computer software skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent in a hospitality related discipline
