Job Description
The Cruise Director is the leader of the Entertainment Department, managing diverse team members and creating, developing, and supervising of all guest activities and entertainment onboard the ship.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years previous shipboard management or supervisory experience
  • 1 year experience in budget planning and accounting procedures
  • Intermediate verbal and writing skills in at least one other language (German, Spanish, French, or Italian)
  • Advanced level English verbal and writing skills, including the proper use of English grammar
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in typing and computer software skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent in a hospitality related discipline
