Crusher Operations Supervisor

As the Crusher Operations Supervisor, you will lead safe, efficient, and productive crushing operations while fostering a strong safety-first culture. You will be an experienced leader who effectively coordinates personnel, production activities, quality standards, and maintenance communication to achieve operational goals.

What You Will Do

You will lead and oversee shift operations of the crushing, screening, conveying, and stacking systems at a gold and silver mining operation. You will supervise and support personnel performing day-to-day crusher operations, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in crushing, screening, conveying, and stacking systems
• prior supervisory experience
