Role OverviewJoin the Crypto Product Compliance team to support the development and launch of crypto products and services in alignment with regulatory requirements. The team plays a key role in helping Robinhood deliver crypto experiences that meet customer needs while maintaining strong regulatory standards.
What You Will Do
Partner with Product teams and other business partners to design, test, launch, and enhance crypto products and services. Advise on regulatory requirements and operational processes related to crypto products.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in financial services, including experience supporting crypto products within compliance, risk, legal, audit, or operations functions
- Experience with brokerage products
- Awareness of anti-money laundering, sanctions, and financial crimes compliance requirements related to crypto products
- Experience advising on consumer protection requirements
- Experience advising on DeFi projects
- Strong understanding of MiFID requirements
- Ability to manage projects and coordinate work across technical and non-technical teams in a regulated environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting compliance guidance to business partners and leadership teams
