Job Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a CSA Estimator to support cost management and estimating services across major capital programs, focusing on Civil, Structural, and Architectural estimating for large-scale data center and high-tech industrial developments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience preparing CSA estimates for large-scale construction programs.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD, Navisworks, or similar estimating/technical software preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with CostX (2D/3D takeoff, assemblies, and workbooks) is advantageous.
