Role OverviewThe CSA has primary responsibility for handling initial customer contact, receiving, qualifying, and processing customer orders in a timely, efficient, accurate, and courteous manner. This involves scheduling patients for clinic or tele-visits with Respiratory Therapists to set up Sleep Apnea equipment and handling Portable Oxygen Concentrator evaluations.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include receiving and qualifying customer orders, scheduling patients for clinic or tele-visits, and handling Portable Oxygen Concentrator evaluations. The CSA will also promote a Lean work culture by seeking work process improvements and taking ownership of their own motivation and performance.
