Requirements

  • Experience in customer service
  • Service oriented and able to resolve customer grievances
  • Detailed oriented, skilled with telephones, scheduling appointments and take pride in accuracy as a signature of your work
  • Skilled in delivering your work timely with a positive and encouraging presence to customers and co-workers
  • Team player that can work with other team members providing support in taking care of our customer requests in maintaining and servicing their hvac systems
