Role OverviewThe CSU Leader is responsible for supervising and providing technical direction to a team of Startup + Commissioning Teammates. They ensure the successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality expectations.
What You Will Do
Primary responsibilities include project execution, delivery, and review of projects with Project Managers and Project Controls. The CSU Leader will also establish a safe work environment, plan and organize team work, and maintain control of projects.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of relevant industrial experience in project management or automation/system integration engineering or management. They should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with college or advanced technical coursework highly preferred.
