Job Description
We're seeking a CT Technologist to join our team at UMass Memorial Health. The ideal candidate will have ARRT certification in Radiology, RTR licensure in Commonwealth Massachusetts, and BLS certification. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a signing bonus for eligible candidates. The successful candidate will provide care for the psychological and physical needs of patients for C.A.T. scans, prepare patients for exams, and perform computerized axial tomography scan procedures. They will also participate in transfer of patients, position and instruct patients, and follow all department established and appropriate policies and procedures.
Requirements
ARRT certification in Radiology
RTR licensure in Commonwealth Massachusetts
BLS certification
CT modality requires a Sub-specialty (CT) certification within 1 year of employment
Maintaining all area specific CEUs for ARRT, DPH according to regulation
