Role OverviewThe Education Professions Instructor will lead a multi-level CTE pathway that introduces students to careers in education while building foundational teaching, leadership, and literacy skills. This role includes both classroom instruction and coordination of field-based experiences, such as internships, tutoring placements, and classroom observations.
What You Will Do
Deliver instruction for Education Professions pathway courses, design engaging lessons, integrate early literacy strategies, facilitate work-based learning experiences, and support students in earning dual credit and/or education-related credentials.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Education
- Valid Indiana teaching license
- Additional training and/or certification in literacy instruction
- Minimum of 5 years of successful teaching experience
- Strong understanding of instructional best practices, classroom management, and student engagement
