Requirements

• Define and own the company's long-term technical vision and architecture
• Lead and scale engineering teams across multiple disciplines
• Partner closely with the CEO and Product leadership on roadmap and execution
• Ensure reliability, security, and scalability across systems and platforms
• Build strong engineering culture, hiring standards, and leadership development
• Guide build vs. buy decisions and technical prioritization
• Represent technical strategy with investors and board members as needed
