Requirements

  • Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to Hilton, kitchen, and recipe standards to maintain food quality and consistency.
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
  • Assist with food preparation, ingredient portioning, and plating.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation before dishes leave the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Support catering functions as needed (catering experience preferred but not required).
