Culinary 3 position at Andaz Maui at Wailea, requiring passion for food, ability to execute food items at the highest level, and experience in kitchen or culinary education.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of previous line experience
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • Ability to perform all basic cooking skills
  • Ability to work alternating scheduled work shifts each week on any day that may include early mornings, days, afternoons, and evenings
