Culinary Assistant / Server - Part Time - Evening - Eventide Lincoln

Requirements

• Assists with serving meals following diet orders and prepares food to order in dining room as requested by Senior/client
• Responsible for operating dish machine to ensure dishes and silverware are cleaned and sanitized, dried and put away in a timely manner
• Ensures accurate and timely documentation related to food production, quality, and food safety
• Ensures food and products are properly acquired, stored, dated and rotated
• Follows recipes according to appropriate safe food handling procedures, using food service equipment
• Handle trash and sweep and mop galley kitchen floor
• Procures food from storage areas, freezers, and refrigerators
• Provides outstanding customer service during guest interactions
