Job Description
The Culinary Banquet Supervisor will work with the Banquet Manager and Executive chef to manage the banquets team, functions, and hourly kitchen employees, producing a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds the guests' needs in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Leading and coaching the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results
  • Inspecting the set-up of meeting and banquet functions checking them against the Banquet Event Order
  • Assisting with the service of banquet functions as required
