Role OverviewThe position is responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service. The desired culinary candidate will have hotel cooking experience, and a culinary degree is valued.

Prepare food items in accordance with recipes and established standards, supporting colleague dining experience in the colleague Café.

Requirements
- Must have open and flexible availability, to include: mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Previous line experience in comparable high-volume environment preferred
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
- Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
