Job Description
Eventide Prairie Commons in Grand Island, NE is seeking a Culinary Cook to work full time, 6a-6:30p. This schedule includes a weekend and holiday rotation. The Culinary Cook is responsible for preparing food items in large quantities and assisting in training new cooks.

Requirements

  • Prepare food in accordance with federal, state, and corporate standards
  • Follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing and serving food
  • Operate a variety of kitchen equipment to measure and mix ingredients
  • Provide personalized service during guest interactions
  • Clean and sanitize major kitchen equipment
  • Unload, receive, and stock food/supply delivers from the food delivery truck
