Role OverviewAPEC Afterschool Enrichment is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Culinary Enrichment Instructor to introduce elementary-aged students to the fundamentals of cooking and food preparation through fun, hands-on, educational experiences.
What You Will Do
Plan and facilitate engaging, age-appropriate culinary lessons for elementary-aged students, teach basic cooking and food-preparation skills, and provide hands-on opportunities for students to prepare simple foods and recipes.

Requirements
- Experience in culinary arts, cooking, baking, nutrition, hospitality, food education, or a related field

- Ability to effectively engage and manage groups of elementary-aged students
- Strong knowledge of food safety and proper food-handling practices
- Ability to develop age-appropriate, interactive culinary experiences
- Strong communication, organization, patience, creativity, and professionalism
